Challenge
Northwind's flagship franchise had drifted from its core audience after a decade of sequels. They needed a relaunch that felt fresh without alienating longtime fans — and a campaign that could carry it.
Approach
We ran a six-week discovery sprint with their community team, then designed a visual identity that bridged old and new. The campaign rolled out across trailer, key art, and an interactive microsite built on our internal toolkit.
Result
Pre-orders beat the studio's previous title by 64%, and the trailer became the most-watched in franchise history within its first week.
